My first wedding of 2020 - held on the 1st of January! A small elopement in the North End of Halifax, followed by formal photos along the trails of Sir Sandford Fleming Park and the Herring Cove Provincial Park Reserve. For those who aren’t aware of its existence, the trails are located just outside of the village of Herring Cove, Nova Scotia. They are a must. Do visit when you can.
We may not have had the snow that we wanted, BUT I do want to highlight one important thing about this time of year - there are still some fantastically rich colours that exist in the midst of our winter months. AND you’re always able to inject your own. I feel that these wedding photos serve as the perfect example of that. From the rich greens, reds and orange tones of Sir Sandford Fleming Park to the warm tones of the granite and the cool tones of the waves at the Reserve. Lets not forget about the colours found within the floral arrangements, that fantastic suit and those amazing nails.

Stay safe and stay healthy everyone! I’ll do my best to keep up with the regular blog updates.
