Summer has finally reached Nova Scotia after a long, cold, wet spring. We’ve earned it. Patiently waited for it. Embrace that sunshine, soak up some vitamin D, go for a stroll, enjoy the ocean breeze, skip some rocks. Just don’t stay in the water for too long - it’ll be warmer in a couple of months.

Chasing light and shadow during this session was a goal of mine and I’m grateful for the light we had. A smile, clasped hands or eyes illuminated by the sun as the rest of the frame slips into the shadows. Perfection.
